Because relying on manufacturers’ service alone can be both costly and time-consuming, Del’s Electronics is an authorized service center for a majority of the products we sell. Our factory-trained service team can maintain and repair your A/V system for you. We can also provide loaner equipment if necessary. Del’s Electronics A/V projects range from a simple room to a complex building. We approach every project comprehensively to ensure that each client enjoys a remarkable A/V facility. The Del’s team will take your project through a number of steps to completion.

Consultation and Planning:
The initial phase includes a needs analysis, which includes clarifying expectations, a review of requirements (what you want and need your system to accomplish), and a consultation with you and any architects, designers, or builders that may be necessary. By defining your expectations and determining the scope of size, we will be able to recommend the appropriate technologies for your system, provide a timeline for completion, and provide an accurate cost estimate.

Designing:
Once you have given your approval to the estimate, we begin the creation of your system by carefully assembling all of the required elements. These include architectural, electrical, and interior requirements such as lighting, sound, and even furniture. It is at this point that our certified system designers create the blueprint for your design or installation.

Engineering and Installation:
This is the phase where the vision and design become a reality. Equipment and material purchase, custom fabrication and assembly, programming, pre-installation testing, on-site installation, and post-installation testing are the critical fundamentals. Del’s Electronics will coordinate with your team so that the project is done on time and within budget.

Training and Support:
